I Need Help. IAm A Sex Addict

I became a sex addict after i had a dream some years ago. In that dream, something was strangling and chocking me.

I could barely moved my body. All of a sudden, something like skeleton appeared and deep his hand inside my vagina .

When i woke up I started having the urge to have sex. I could not control my self anymore. I started looking for someone to have sex with.  And when i found one, i never got tired.

This particular dream always repeat itself. And every time i had this dream, i will sleep with not less than eight to ten men that very week.

I don't even have a steady relationship so that i can have sex with him.

Could this be a spiritual problem or a medical problem? I need help. Someone should please help me with a solution.
